Bonjour j’aurais besoin d’aide pour mon premier refund , si qlq peut me le faire et tout me montrer ou le faire avec moi au téléphone ca serait bien , je paye !

salut nike c'est pas compliqué si t'as qu'un article en dessous de 200€, tu dis colis vide et tu fais le mec qui comprend pas trop comment ca fonctionne (tu sais pas ou trouver numéro de commande par exemple) ca passe tout le temps.
