Total Commander (anciennement Wincmd) est un gestionnaire de fichiers
pour Windows similaire à l'explorateur Windows. Mais Total Commander
utilise une approche différente : il a deux fenêtres fixes côte à côte
comme un gestionnaire de fichiers bien connu pour le DOS.

INSTALLATION
1. Exécutez "tcmd1000x32_64.exe".
2. Installez le logiciel et ne le lancez pas
3. Copiez "wincmd.key" dans le dossier source.
