Salut, je suis nouveau et je débute le refund, j'ai déjà refund plusieurs articles en EB uniquement mais j'aimerais commencer a FTID, j'ai lus plusieurs doc mais je comprend pas bien, qqn pourrait m'expliquer + en detail, ou meme aurait un psd? merci bcp
