Bonsoir après avoir tenté sur un compte Nike un RF avec des articles manquants ils m'ont informer de l'ouverture d'une enquête et leur retour dans les 8 jours ouvrable est-ce grave?

Aucun soucis normalement, ils ouvrent une enquête puis tu es remboursé dans la semaine

Il dit de la merde souvent enquête = refusée
