    Salut, Oui tu peut par exemple commander plusieurs articles puis tu dit que t'avait réçu qu'un seul article et pas les autres ( tu fait genre est ce que c'est normal ? .... ) Par la suite le SAV vont te demander si le colis était intact tu dit bien " oui c'était bien intact" et normalement si t'avait pas commander pour un montant de fous malade ça passe trkl
